Who is the most underrated artist in your opinion, and why?

Dragonette.
Still on a “convert the world to Dragonette” mission. Won’t stop until everyone accepts that they’re probably the best thing to ever happen to music.
(I know Dragonette are a band, so for a solo artist I will say Katy Perry. Yes I know she’s majorly successful, but she doesn’t get even a fraction of the credit she deserves for being successful and it seriously irks me.)
